As detailed at TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Derek Stockley is a Melbourne based training consultant offering access to the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment through a partnership with , who will be your primary contact as the RTO (Registered Training Organisation). For the delivery of the TAA04, the facilitators and their roles are: Derek StockleyDerek has been training people for over 25 years. He has been an independent consultant for over 15 years. He conducts public training courses, but most of his training work is inhouse training and or coaching. He is a trainer, consultant and facilitator. Derek specialises in the design and delivery of training based on assessed needs. His courses are normally one to three days in length and often address a specific business need. Derek’s clients range from large multi-national companies to small and medium-sized businesses. He works within the public, private, voluntary and not-for-private sectors. He works with all levels of employees and management. Although he has conducted a wide variety of general and specific trainer development programs over the years, recent train the trainer assignments have tended to be short, specialist programs for staff with a specific training task. A typical assignment has involved training staff responsible for conducting computer software training, for example where a new or upgraded business system is being introduced. Derek has had a focus on training all his working life. Derek will assist in the facilitation of the program for participants undertaking the full course.
