Derek Stockley helps individuals and organisations in the areas of training, learning and performance. After 12 years in training, human resources and management roles in both the private and public sectors, Derek has been an independent consultant for over 15 years. As a consultant, Derek utilises his training, management and consulting experience to assist individuals and organisations achieve improvements that make a real difference. As a trainer, Derek designs and conducts customer service, trainer development, performance review and general leadership and management training courses. As a facilitator, Derek works with individuals and teams in developing and implementing service improvement programs or general change initiatives. His training and consulting activities have covered small, medium and large businesses as well as local, state and federal governments. He also works with the not-for-profit sector.
