Course overview

The one day leadership course provides an introduction to the key concepts of communication, counselling, teams (including self directed teams), teamwork, team building, leadership style, individual and team motivation, performance, and delegation. It covers both the essential theory and practical skills for successful leadership of teams. Participants are prepared for management and supervisory roles.

Past participants have been drawn from the public and private sectors, as well as "not-for-profit" organisations. Job titles have included team leader, co-ordinator, manager, business owner, supervisor, assistant manager, etc.

A confirmation letter advising payment details and location will be sent to you. Please note: Derek Stockley reserves the right to cancel a program if numbers are insufficient.

Fees

The fee includes morning and afternoon tea, a light lunch and all course materials and participant notes. The course fees for participation in the same course on the same date are:

One participant: $495
Two participants: $950 ($475 each)
Three participants: $1365 ($455 each)
Each additional participant, $455 each.
These fees include GST

Multiple registrations in the same course but on different dates attract a $20 per person discount off the $495 fee.

Please note: an additional $20 per person discount applies for past public course participants, or participants from past or current clients of Derek Stockley - only one extra discount per person applies. Please claim your discount (with reasons) on the registration form.

The number of people for each course is limited to a maximum of twelve.
